We encourage everyone to pre-register by August 21st which allows you to order a t-shirt or sweat shirt in advance as well as keep track of any donations you collect. Donations may be made on-line through the Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes, Inc. at www.communityfund.org/donate-now then select A Hope 4 Lyme Fund; however, this is strictly for donations and not the purchase of shirts or for registering.

Our Mission is to help relieve those suffering from and distressed by the effects of Lyme and other tick-borne diseases and promote community awareness.
Our service area for awareness events and financial support is limited to the following counties; however, we will endeavor to support those contacting us by email, snail mail or phone outside to these counties by email or phone:
New York - Broome, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, and Tompkins Pennsylvania - Bradford, Clinton, Lycoming, Potter, and Tioga.

Our regular business meetings will be held on the 1st Tuesday of every month from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Big Flats Community Center, 479 Maple Street, Big Flats, NY 14814
*Winter guidelines for meetings: if there are cancellations for the Horseheads, Elmira, Elmira Heights area, we will automatically cancel our scheduled meeting.
